Raw Milk from Mark James - Broadfield Court Farm, Bodenham and Colin Wall - Grove farm, Brimfield.

Made to a Camembert style - it is a rich, fruity, creamy, soft cheese with a white bloom. As the cheese matures it will ripen and soften gradually becoming softer and richer flavoured with notes of button mushroom and leafmould.  We like it at all its different stages from just softening at the edges to gooey all the way through. Truffle & wild garlic notes
